Reservations & Payment
If you are having the transfer in with other companies or if you have a rent a car from the airport to the hotel, once you check into the hotel, please confirm your reservation for tours giving me a call at 506 8461 1119.
Remarks: if you are required to leave a voice message, make sure to specify your name, hotel and room number. Be aware that, for security reasons, hotels will not disclose guest room number’s to anyone.
Payment: Subject to change any time.
· Cash (US dollars or Costa Rican colones only) – For your convenience, I will gladly stop at an ATM. Many will dispense either USA dollars or Costa Rican colones.
· We accept the following Credit Cards: Visa and Mastercard only.

Reservation and Payment Policies
To confirm your reservation, we need 50% of your total purchase and 48 hours before your arrival in the country please deposit the other 50%.
Cancellation of service policies.
4 days before arrival there will be no penalty.
3 days before your arrival 25%
2 days before your arrival 50%
1 day before your arrival you will be penalized 75%.
For the purposes of the total cancellation of any service, it can be done in advance no less than 4 days. Otherwise, 100% will be penalized.
Any No Show booking will be 100% penalized.
